The British “The Economist” magazine cites the Director of the National Directorate for Electronic Security in “Israel” that the Iranian “pirates” infiltrated the Israeli Captives’ Families Organization in order to widen the division within the Israeli society.

The British “The Economist” magazine on Thursday reported that level of the electronic attacks against “Israel” have increased threefold after 7 October 2023, pointing out that “the Iranian electronic attacks have become more developed”.
Director of the National Directorate for Electronic Security in “Israel” (the Cyber-Defense Agency) Gaby Portnui described the electronic attacks against “Israel” as they are “more precise”, adding that they are “gathering strategic information better and are entering the correct places. Sometimes they know more about Israel than we do”.
He added: “in the past the matter to exploit the weakness in the programs took Iran weeks that were known, but this time has shortened to days”.
Portnui explained that “the majority of the infiltration operations essentially form some sort of shortcoming, and some of them aim for spying, not for destruction”.
The director of the National Directorate for Electronic Security in “Israel” pointed out that some of the pirates linked to Iran have infiltrated the Israeli Captives in the Gaza Strip Families Organization with the aim of widening the division within the Israeli society.
He also explained: “None these attacks have succeeded in malfunctioning the critical infrastructure of Israel, like the energy and water system and that is partially due to the digital guidance services that had been deployed within the vital auxiliary systems weeks after October”.
It should be mentioned that a fresh study conducted by the National Security Institute in “Tel Aviv” pointed out that the Iranian electronic pirates have gained a developed understanding about the social and political divisions in “Israel”, with detailed messages directed at the supporters and the opponents of the war.

أفادت مجلة “ذي إيكونوميست” البريطانية، أمس الخميس، بارتفاع مُعدّل الهجمات الإلكترونية ضد “إسرائيل” ثلاثة. أضعاف بعد السابع من تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2023، مشيرةً إلى أنّ “الهجمات الإلكترونية الإيرانية أصبحت أكثر تطوراً”.
ووصف رئيس المديرية الوطنية للأمن الإلكتروني في “إسرائيل” (الوكالة السيبرانية الدفاعية)، غابي. بورتنوي، الهجمات الإلكترونية ضد “إسرائيل” بأنها “أكثر دقة”، مضيفاً أنّهم “يجمعون معلومات استخباراتية أفضل ويذهبون إلى الأماكن الصحيحة. إنهم يعرفون عن إسرائيل أكثر مما نعرفه نحن في بعض الأحيان”.
وأضاف: “في السابق، كان الأمر يستغرق من إيران أسابيع لاستغلال نقاط الضعف في البرامج التي أصبحت. علنية، لكن هذا الوقت انخفض إلى أيام”.
وأوضح بورتنوي أنّ “غالبية عمليات الاختراق تُشكّل في جوهرها شكلاً من أشكال المضايقة، وبعضها كان يهدف إلى التجسس، وليس التخريب”.
ولفت رئيس المديرية الوطنية للأمن الإلكتروني في “إسرائيل” إلى أنّ بعض القراصنة المرتبطين بإيران. تنكروا في هيئة أسر الأسرى الإسرائيليين في قطاع غزّة، بهدف توسيع الانقسامات داخل المجتمع الإسرائيلي.
كذلك، أوضح: “لم تنجح أيّ من هذه الهجمات في تعطيل البنية الأساسية الحيوية لإسرائيل، مثل أنظمة الطاقة. والمياه، ويرجع هذا جزئياً إلى أجهزة الاستشعار الرقمية التي تم وضعها داخل شبكات المرافق الحيوية بعد السابع من أكتوبر”.
يُذكر أنّ دراسة حديثة أجراها معهد دراسات الأمن القومي في “تل أبيب” أشارت إلى أنّ القراصنة الإلكترونيين. الإيرانيين طوروا فهماً متطوراً للانقسامات الاجتماعية والسياسية في “إسرائيل”، مع رسائل مُنفصلة موجّهة إلى أنصار الحرب ومعارضيها
