The satellites documented the continued military activities of the “Rapid Support” forces within an area that is in Southeastern Libya, close to the border with Sudan.
The pictures taken on 11 February show significant changes in the placement of the vehicles inside the camps, which confirm that it is still operationally active. According to the pictures it has been proven that there is a significant number of transport trucks and vehicles inside the camp, in addition to areas used for storage and logistical support.
The satellite data shows that the area has became active at least since March 2025, which clear indications of continued movement inflow there until the last few days.
A footage in July 2025 showed scenes of fighters of the “Rapid Support” forces within a desert camp, at at that time the exact geolocation was revealed.
It is significant in the assessment that the optical monitoring shows a match between the vehicles present at the Libyan location and the vehicles that were apparent in footages documenting the attacks against the refugee camps in Dārfūr region, which strengthens the probability of the use of these location as an extension and recuperation center for the battle fields in Sudan.
These activities come in light of the tensions witnessed in the triple border region between Sudan, Egypt and Libya, as the Sudanese army criticized the so called “direct involvement” of the forces of Field Marshal Halīfa Ḥaftar in the conflict and his “enabling” of the operations of the “Rapid Support”.
It should be mentioned that last December the Sudanese army announced that it had targeted a military convoy of the “Rapid Support” forces in the same area, confirming the destruction of more than 50 combat vehicles, carriers, fuel and ammunition.

وثقت صور أقمار اصطناعية استمرار الأنشطة العسكرية لقوات “الدعم السريع” داخل. موقع تابع لها جنوب شرق ليبيا، قرب الحدود مع السودان.
وتُظهر الصور، التي صُورت في 11 شباط/فبراير الجاري، تغييرات ملموسة في. تموضع الآليات داخل المعسكر، ما يؤكد أنه لا يزال قيد التشغيل النشط. وبحسب الصور تبيّن وجود أعداد ملحوظة من شاحنات النقل. والآليات في المعسكر، بالإضافة إلى مساحات تستخدم للتخزين والدعم اللوجستي.

وكان مقطع مصور أظهر، في تموز/يوليو 2025، مشاهد لمقاتلين من قوات “الدعم. السريع” داخل معسكر صحراوي، وتم تحديد الموقع الجغرافي للمعسكر بدقة حينها.
واللافت في التحليل أن التتبع البصري رصد تطابقاً بين مركبات موجودة في. الموقع الليبي، وآليات ظهرت سابقاً في مقاطع توثق هجمات على مخيمات النازحين في إقليم دارفور، ما يعزز فرضية. استخدام هذا الموقع قاعدة للإمداد ولإعادة التمركز نحو ساحات القتال في السودان.
ويأتي هذا النشاط في ظل توتر شهدته منطقة “المثلث الحدودي” بين السودان ومصر وليبيا، حيث. انتقد الجيش السوداني ما سمّاه “التدخل المباشر” لقوات المشير، خليفة حفتر، في الصراع. و”تسهيل” عمليات “الدعم السريع”.
يذكر أنه في كانون الأول/ديسمبر الماضي، أعلن الجيش السوداني استهداف رتل. عسكري لقوات “الدعم السريع” في المنطقة ذاتها، مؤكداً تدمير أكثر من 50 عربة قتالية وناقلات وقود وذخيرة
