The Russian Foreign Minister said the Russia and Syria only aim the terrorist groups, and that comes as an answer to the statements of the Turkish President Reception Tayyip Erdoğan, in which accused Moscow and Damascus the targeting of civilians.

The Head of the Standing Threats and Challenges in the Russian Ministry of Defense, Vladimir Tarabrin said: “we explained it more than once and in a way it cannot be tempered with than nor Russia, nor the Syrian Air Force attack the civilian population. All attacks target solely the terrorist organizations. All those, who are fighting against the legal authorities.
In the same context the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan today, Wednesday held a telephone conversation studying the situation in Idlib.
During the conversation the two presidents agreed to further conversations between the concerned ministries of the two countries. At the same way they confirmed the importance to fulfill all the present Russian-Turkish agreements, including the memorandum signed on 17 September 2018 in Sochi.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced today that Turkey is determined to distance the forces of the Syrian government behind the Turkish observation posts in Idlib until the end of February.
Erdoğan added in his words to the members of the Turkish Parliament that: “we will do all that is necessary, including the use of ground and air forces”. He pointed out that the armed groups tied to Turkey are flocking to expel the forces of the Syrian government from Idlib.
Erdoğan threatened that any more Turkish soldier gets wounded in Idlib and Ankara will hit Syrian government forces in any place, vowing that from now on the Syrian warplanes will not fly over Idlib as it wants, using his words.
Erdoğan claimed that if the initiative is left to the Syrian state and those states supporting it than Turkey cannot rest, saying that any fight Turkey does not wages inside Syria it shall soon wage it within its own borders.
Erdoğan added: “we studied the developments in the Idlib with President Putin and we gave special attention to the damages caused by the “Syrian regime” and even by Russia to our forces”, according to his words.

قالت وزارة الخارجية الروسية إن روسيا وسوريا تستهدفان فقط الجماعات الإرهابية، وذلك ردا على تصريحات الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان التي اتهم فيها موسكو ودمشق باستهداف المدنيين
وقال رئيس قسم التهديدات والتحديات المستجدة في وزارة الخارجية الروسية، فلاديمير تارابرين: “صرحنا أكثر من مرة وبشكل لا لبس فيه، أنه لا روسيا ولا القوات المسلحة السورية تهاجم السكان المدنيين. كل الهجمات موجهة حصريا ضد الجماعات الإرهابية، أولئك الذين يقاتلون السلطات الشرعية
وفي نفس السياق أجرى الرئيسان الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، والتركي رجب طيب أردوغان اتصالا هاتفيا اليوم الأربعاء، بحثا فيه الوضع في إدلب
واتفق الرئيسان خلال الاتصال، على إجراء اتصالات إضافية من خلال الوزارات المعنية للبلدين، كما أكدا على أهمية التنفيذ الكامل للاتفاقات الروسية التركية الحالية، بما في ذلك مذكرة سوتشي الموقعة بتاريخ 17 سبتمبر 2018
واعلن الرئيس التركي رجب طيب اردوغان اليوم ان تركيا عازمة على إبعاد قوات الحكومة السورية خلف مواقع المراقبة التركية في إدلب بنهاية شباط/فبراير
واضاف أردوغان في كلمة له امام اعضاء البرلمان التركي: “سنفعل كل ما يلزم بما في ذلك استخدام الوسائل البرية والجوية”، مشيرا الى ان الجماعات المسلحة المرتبطة بتركيا تحتشد لإخراج قوات الحكومة السورية من إدلب
وهدد اردوغان بانه إذا أصيب أي جندي تركي آخر في إدلب فستضرب انقرة قوات الحكومة السورية في أي مكان، متوعدا بان الطيران الحربي السوري لن يحلق بعد الآن فوق إدلب كما يشاء، حسب قوله
وزعم أردوغان بأنه إذا تركت المبادرة للدولة السورية والدول الداعمة لها فلن ترتاح تركيا، مدعيا بان أي كفاح لا تقوم به تركيا داخل سوريا ستقوم به لاحقا داخل حدودها
واضاف أردوغان: “بحثنا تطورات الأوضاع في إدلب مع الرئيس الروسي، وتطرقنا على وجه الخصوص إلى الأضرار التي ألحقها “النظام السوري” وحتى روسيا بقواتنا” حسب تعبيره
