The news:
After the explosions, which took place in Āmarlī, Ašraf and aṣ-Ṣaqr, and after the intentional silence by the Iraqi officials on the actor, or the side actor in these explosions the “Balad” Base witnessed a similar blast yesterday.
Assessment:
Despite the efforts to resort the previous attacks on human errors, lack of precision and devaluation of some blasts, and during that time they tried to disregard the predictions that it is Israel, who stands behind these matters especially, yet with the continuation of these blasts (four times) there is no space anymore for doubt that there is a foreign power behind these dangerous events.
The day before yesterday, before this explosion happened in the Balad Military Base Netanyahu said in a press conference in Ukraine to a question asked from him about wether Israel stands behind these attack on the al-Ḥašd aš-Ša‘abī or not, he said it officially that “Iran has no invulnerability from the attacks of Israel in any place”. And by this admission that Israel considers in an inclusive nature it is Israel, who stands behind these attack in Iraq last month, the explosion in “Balad” it is not questionable that Israel stands behind these attacks on the al-Ḥašd aš-Ša‘abī positions in Iraq and that became common knowledge.
The important point in this series of explosions is that most of them happened in areas where the Sunni population lives. The intention is that this way the Zionists – in their leadership – can announce that there is a deep rift in Iraq between the Sunni people and the al-Ḥašd aš-Ša‘abī forces, and to reveal that Israel executed these steps in light of the informations its informants supply to it among the Sunni people.
Certain evaluating sources suggest that four targets, which were attacked in Iraq, those are the gathering points of the al-Ḥašd aš-Ša‘abī and also that these are the stations of the Iranian missiles. According these sources that stockpiling of the Iranian missiles is continuous in Iraq with the intention to the hit Israel in case it is needed through Jordan neighboring Israel. From that point on the basis of this assessment seems weak and somewhat misguided by overlooking Palestine, Syria, and Lebanon in regards to the Zionist Entity and the the axis of resistance is armed with all kinds of precision missiles.
A deeper look in the excess of the mentioned attacks and the targeted positions leaves no doubts that Israel looks upon the al-Ḥašd aš-Ša‘abī as a dangerous enemy against it and tries to bog down the activities of these forces the most possible way with the biggest possible pressure.
Therefore the Iraqi people demand from the government to answer the precise source of these attacks, bases, missile launch sites, their reasons, and lastly why was the government unserious answering these questions. Yet the Iraqi government still prefers to manage this crisis with silence. Within these circumstances, if the Iraqi government carries on to pursuit this policy it cannot be excluded that these attack become more frequent and more widespread geographically in future.

بعد التفجيرات التي حدثت في آمرلي وأشرف والصقر، وبعد الصمت الهادف للمسؤولين العراقيين تجاه العنصر أو العناصر الضالعة في هذه التفجيرات شهدت قاعدة ” بلد ” البارحة، تفجيرا مشابها
التحلیل
رغم الجهود التي بذلت لإرجاع التفجيرات السابقة إلی أخطاء إنسانية وعدم الدقة أو فساد بعض المتفجرات وبينما حاولوا مسبقا تجاهل التکهنات التي تعتبر إسرائيل هي التي تقف وراء هذه القضايا علی نحو خاص، إلا أن استمرار هذه التفجيرات (أربع مرات) لا تبقي أي مجال للشك في أن ثمة قوة أجنبية تقف وراء هذه الأحداث الخطيرة
يوم أمس وقبل وقوع التفجير في قاعدة بلد، أعلن نتنياهو في أوکرانيا في معرض سؤال وجه إليه بشأن وقوف إسرائيل وراء الهجوم علی الحشد الشعبي أم عدم وقوفها أعلن رسميا أنه “ليس لإيران حصانة من هجمات إسرائيل في أي مکان”. وعلی أثر هذا الاعتراف الذي اعتبر إسرائيل بصورة ضمنية هي التي تقف وراء التفجيرات الثلاثة في العراق خلال الشهر المنصرم فإن حدوث تفجير في “بلد” أزال المزاعم بشأن وقوف اسرائيل وراء الهجوم علی مواقع الحشد الشعبي في العراق وبدّلها إلی خبر يقين
والنقطة المهمة في سلسلة التفجيرات هذه هي أن معظمها يتم حدوثها في المناطق التي يسکنها أهل السنة، بغرض أن يعلن الصهاينة- في زعمهم- أنه توجد فجوة عميقة فيما بين أهل السنة بالعراق وقوات الحشد الشعبي، وأن يوحوا بأن اسرائيل تمارس هذه الإجراءات في ضوء المعلومات التي تزوّدها بها مصادرها بين أهل السنة
وتزعم بعض المصادر المحللة أن الأهداف الأربعة المعرضة للهجوم في العراق، هي أماکن تجمّع للحشد الشعبي کما أنها قاعدة للصواريخ الإيرانية. ووفق هذه المزاعم فإن مخازن الصاروخ الإيراني يتم تجهيزها المستمر في العراق بغرض ضرب أهداف في إسرائيل عند اللزوم وعبر الأردن المتآخمة مع اسرائيل. في حين تبدو أسس هذا التحليل ضعيفة وواهية للغاية بالنظر إلی تجاور فلسطين وسوريا ولبنان مع الکيان الصهيوني وتسلح محور المقاومة بمختلف أنواع الصواريخ الدقيقة
وإن نظرة متعمقة في الهجمات المذکورة أعلاه وأهدافها المحددة لا تبقي أي مجال للشك في أن إسرائيل تنظر إلی قوات الحشد الشعبي الجماهيرية بعين عدو خطير لها وتسعی لتقييد أنشطة هذه القوات المقتدرة ما امكن من خلال ممارسة أقصی الضغوط
وفيما يطالب الشعب العراقي، الحکومة بالإجابة عن المصدر الدقيق لهذه الهجمات وقواعد ومنصات إطلاق الصواريخ وأسبابها وأخيرا عدم جدية الحکومة في الإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة، لکن حکومة العراق ما تزال تفضّل إدارة الأزمة بالصمت. وفي مثل هذه الظروف فإذا تمادت الحکومة العراقية في تبني هذه السياسة فليس بمستبعد توقع تکثيف هذه الهجمات واتساع نطاقها الجغرافي في المستقبل
