Iran publishes secret documents accusing the Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency Rafael Grossi to undermine the peaceful Iranian nuclear program and to direct the reports of the agency to serve the agenda of the Occupation. What do they contain?

On Thursday the Iranian media published the first batch of secret documents the Iranian Security Ministry had obtained in an intelligence operation that was described as precise. These reveal what was described as “full and direct cooperation” between the Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency Rafael Grossi and the Israeli Occupying Entity with the aim to target the peaceful Iranian nuclear program.
According to what the Iranian Fars News Agency quoted, the document show that Grossi was not only coordinating with the representatives of “Israel” within the Agency, but also followed their dictations and was keen to direct the reports of the International Agency to serve the goals of the Occupation, disregarding the not peaceful and unannounced nuclear activities “Israel” is conducting.
The leaked documents contain detailed indications about Merav Zafari-Odiz, who had worked in the post of the official representative for “Israel” at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) for a limited time between 2014 and 2016, where she openly expressed the positions of “Israel” during the official meetings of the Agency and of its Governing Council.
During that period, especially during the implementation of the nuclear agreement (JCPOA), Zafari-Odiz continuously expressed criticism for the cooperation of Iran with the Agency and described this as “slow and not enough”, while aired accusations against the former administration of the Agency led by Yukia Amano, also providing “wrong information” about the Iranian nuclear program.
According to what the documents reveal, leaked e-mails show the special mission Zafari-Odin was conducting, which took the form of direct coordination with Grossi with the aim to direct the impact of the Agency’s position and transfer the internal interest far away from the not peaceful and unannounced nuclear activities the Israeli Occupation is conducting against the peaceful Iranian nuclear program.
According to the documents the leaked e-mails point to the fact that Zafari-Odiz was tasked with a limited duty that was to divert the global public opinion from the unmonitored Israeli nuclear program, while distorting the informations about the peaceful Iranian nuclear program.

According to what the Iranian media has published when Grossi was appointed as Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency was a “dangerous point of transformation”, as Grossi had started his cooperation with the Entity since 2016 and coordinated the reports against the peaceful nuclear activities of Iran. One of the documents show the coordination between the Entity and Grossi creating an environment against Iran only 5 months after the nuclear agreement was signed.
The Iranian media mentioned that the documents revealed a request given by Zafari-Odiz to hold an immediate meeting with Grossi on 10 May 2016 to discuss the “developments”, which’s nature was not discussed. At that time as the later e-mails show – which haven’t been translated from Hebrew to Persian yet – there was a correspondence between her and a person labeled as Elai Rettig, all within the coordination about the media and political strategy to confront Iran within the circles of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The Iranian Security Ministry confirms, and that is according to the published documents that this systematic cooperation between Grossi and “Israel” was within the frameworks of a broad strategy aiming to undermine any international recognition to the peaceful nature of the Iranian nuclear program and transform the Agency into a biased political tool.

طهران تنشر وثائق سرية إسرائيلية تكشف تعاون غروسي مع “إسرائيل”.. ماذا تضمنت؟
إيران تنشر وثائق سرية تتّهم مدير الوكالة الذرية رافائيل غروسي بتنفيذ أوامر “إسرائيل” لتقويض. البرنامج النووي الإيراني السلمي، وتوجيه تقارير الوكالة بما يخدم أجندة الاحتلال.. فماذا تضمنت؟

نشرت وسائل إعلام إيرانية، اليوم الخميس، أول دفعة من الوثائق السرّية التي حصلت عليها وزارة. الأمن الإيرانية، في إطار عملية استخبارية وُصفت بالدقيقة، تكشف عن ما وصفته بـ “تعاون كامل ومباشر” بين المدير العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، رافائيل غروسي، وكيان الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، بهدف استهداف البرنامج النووي الإيراني السلمي.
وبحسب ما نقلته وكالة “فارس” الإيرانية، فإن الوثائق تُظهر أن غروسي لم يكتفِ بالتنسيق مع ممثلي “إسرائيل” داخل الوكالة، بل تبنّى إملاءاتهم، وحرص على توجيه تقارير الوكالة الدولية بما يخدم أهداف الاحتلال، مع تجاهل الأنشطة النووية غير السلمية وغير المُعلنة التي تقوم بها “إسرائيل
وتتضمن الوثائق المسربة معطيات مفصلة عن ميراف زافاري-أوديز، التي شغلت منصب المندوبة الرسمية لـ “إسرائيل” لدى الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية (IAEA) في الفترة الممتدة بين عامي 2014 و2016، حيث كانت تُعبّر علناً عن مواقف “إسرائيل” خلال الاجتماعات الرسمية للوكالة ومجلس محافظيها.
وفي تلك المرحلة، ولا سيما خلال تنفيذ الاتفاق النووي (JCPOA)، عبّرت زافاري-أوديز مراراً عن انتقاداتها لتعاون إيران مع الوكالة، ووصفته بـ “البطيء وغير الكافي”، فيما وجّهت اتهامات إلى الإدارة السابقة للوكالة، بقيادة يوكيا أمانو، بتقديم “معلومات خاطئة” عن البرنامج النووي الإيراني.
وبحسب ما ورد في الوثائق، فإن رسائل بريد إلكتروني مسرّبة كشفت عن مهمة خاصة كانت تضطلع بها زافاري-أوديز، تمثّلت في التنسيق المباشر مع غروسي، بهدف توجيه التأثير على موقف الوكالة وتحويل التركيز الدولي بعيداً عن الأنشطة النووية غير السلمية وغير المعلنة التي يقوم بها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي نحو البرنامج النووي الإيراني السلمي.
وتشير الرسائل الإلكترونية المسرّبة، بحسب الوثائق، إلى أن زافاري-أوديز كانت مكلّفة بمهمة محددة تمثّلت في إبعاد الرأي العام العالمي عن البرنامج النووي الإسرائيلي غير المُراقب، في المقابل التشويش على البرنامج النووي الإيراني السلمي
غروسي بدأ تعاونه مع الكيان الإسرائيلي منذ تعيينه مديراً عاماً للوكالة الدولية
وبحسب ما نشرته وسائل الإعلام الإيرانية، فإن لحظة تعيين غروسي مديراً عاماً للوكالة الدولية مثّلت “نقطة تحوّل خطيرة”، حيث بدأ غروسي تعاونه مع الكيان منذ عام 2016 وقام بتنسيق التقارير ضد الأنشطة النووية السلمية لإيران. وتُظهر إحدى الوثائق التنسيق بين الكيان وغروسي لإثارة الأجواء ضد إيران بعد 5 أشهر فقط من إبرام الاتفاق النووي.
كما ذكر الإعلام الإيراني أن الوثائق كشفت عن طلب تقدّمت به زافاري-أوديز لعقد. اجتماع فوري مع غروسي في 10 أيار/مايو 2016، لمناقشة “مستجدات” لم تحدد طبيعتها، في حين ورد في إيميلات لاحقة – لم تُترجم. بعد من اللغة العبرية إلى الفارسية – أن هناك مراسلات جرت بينها وبين شخص يُدعى إلاي ريتّيغ، في سياق التنسيق. حول استراتيجية إعلامية وسياسية لمواجهة إيران داخل أروقة الوكالة الدولية.
وتؤكد وزارة الأمن الإيرانية، بحسب الوثائق المنشورة، أن هذا التعاون الممنهج بين. غروسي و”إسرائيل” يأتي في إطار استراتيجية أوسع تهدف إلى تقويض أي اعتراف دولي بالطبيعة السلمية للبرنامج النووي الإيراني، وتحويل الوكالة إلى أداة سياسية منحازة
