Sources on the ground to al-Mayadeen: Ma’rib is about to be fully liberated within a few days.

Yemeni sources on the ground confirm to al-Mayadeen the liberation of the Eastern al-Balaq mountain range directly adjacent to the Yemeni city of Ma’rib and the large scale collapse within the ranks of the forces of Hādī and the Aggression Coalition.

Local sources to al-Mayadeen announced the “liberation of the Eastern al-Balaq mountain range directly adjacent to the Yemeni city of Ma’rib”, thus explaining that “the Eastern al-Balad mountain range is the last high ground for the defense for the city of Ma’rib from the southeastern front”.

The sources pointed out the “large scale collapse within the ranks of the troops of Hādī and the Aggression Coalition”. Thus also pointing out the “large scale escaping by the troops of Hādī and the Aggression Coalition from the the front lines and that even some of their commanders are not heard from”.

The sources confirmed to the al-Mayadeen that “only a few short days divide the Yemeni Army and the Popular Committees from completely liberating the city of Ma’rib”. Thus pointing out that “the Yemeni Army Command grants the last chance for those who haven’t surrendered yet to settle their matters”.

Member or the Anṣār Allah Movement’s Political Committee Muḥammad al-Buhaytī confirmed to al-Mayadeen that “the decisive hours are now close in Ma’rib”, adding that “the Yemeni Armed  Forces are receiving pressure from the people demanding to liberate Ma’rib”.

Al-Buhaytī believed that “the collapse of the forces of the aggression in Ma’rib now means their collapse in all other fronts as well”.

On his own account Deputy Foreign Minister of the government in Sanaa Ḥussayn al-‘Izzī said that “the collapse in the camps if the mercenaries is speeding up”, adding that “the leading commanders of the mercenaries has began to contact us”.

In a post in Twitter he continued: “We wish that to be an honest sign of return to the truth and to the people”, pointing out that “at the end we are all sons of one country and we all supposed to be in one trench against the foreign enemy”.

The Yemeni Armed Forces announced yesterday, on Tuesday that an American manufactured “Sky Eagle” type spying plane of the Saudi Coalition was downed in the skies of al-Ğūba in Marib Province.

It should be remembered that this is the third plane that was downed by the air defense in al-Ğūba in less than a week, thus counts to the eighth one from its kind what was downed by the Yemeni Air Defense since the beginning of this year.

Previously today the White House announced that the American administration that it strongly opposes the joint draft resolution to ban selling military equipment to Saudi Arabia.

The statement by the White House in reaction to that a group of the Senate members oppose the first major arms deal with Saudi Arabia under the tenure of President Joe Biden and this is because the participation of Saudi Arabia in the war in Yemen

The White House confirmed that “these sells are in line with the vows of the administration to let the diplomacy lead to end the struggle in Yemen and to end the American support for the attack operations in war in Yemen, yet also guaranteeing that Saudi Arabia has the means to defend itself from the areal attacks of the al-Ḥūtīs themselves being supported by Iran”. Thus according to its expression.

مصادر يمنية ميدانية تؤكد للميادين تحرير سلسلة جبال البلق الشرقية على تماس مع مدينة مأرب اليمنية، وانهيارات كبيرة في صفوف عناصر قوات هادي وتحالف العدوان

أعلنت مصادر ميدانية للميادين عن “تحرير سلسلة جبال البلق الشرقية على تماس مع مدينة مأرب اليمنية”، موضحةً أنّ “سلسلة جبال البلق هي آخر مرتفع للدفاع عن مدينة مأرب من الجهة الجنوبية الشرقية”.

ولفتت المصادر إلى “انهيارات كبيرة في صفوف عناصر قوات هادي وتحالف العدوان”، مشيرةً إلى “هروب واسع لعناصر هادي وتحالف العدوان من جبهات القتال وأنّ بعض قياداتهم غاب عن السمع”

المصادر أكدت للميادين، أنّ “أياماً قليلة تفصل الجيش اليمني واللجان الشعبية عن تحرير مدينة مأرب بالكامل”، لافتاً إلى أنّ “القيادة العسكرية اليمنية تمنح الفرصة الأخيرة للذين لم يستسلموا لترتيب أوضاعهم”.

عضو المجلس السياسي لحركة أنصار الله محمد البخيتي أكد للميادين، أنّ “ساعات الحسم باتت قريبة في مأرب”، مضيفاً أنّ “القوات المسلحة اليمنية تخضع لضغوط شعبية تطالبها بتحرير مأرب”.

واعتبر البخيتي أنّ “انكسار قوات العدوان في مأرب يعني انكسارهم في باقي الجبهات”

بدوره، قال نائب وزير الخارجية في حكومة صنعاء، حسين العزي، إنّ “الانهيارات في معسكرات المرتزقة تتسارع”، مضيفاً أنّ “قادة كباراً من المرتزقة بدأوا بالتواصل معنا”.

وفي تغريدة له على موقع تويتر، تابع: “نتمنى أن يكون ذلك مؤشر عودة صادقة للحق وللأهل”، لافتاً إلى أنّه “نحن في نهاية المطاف أبناء بلد واحد، ويفترض أن يكون الجميع في خندق الوطن ضد العدوان الخارجي

وأعلنت القوات المسلحة اليمنية، يوم أمس الثلاثاء، عن إسقاط طائرة تجسسية للتحالف السعودي  نوع “سكان إيغل” (Scan Eagle) أميركية الصنع في أجواء منطقة الجوبة في محافظة مأرب.

يذكر أنّ هذه الطائرة هي الثانية التي أسقطتها الدفاعات الجوية في مديرية الجوبة، خلال أقل من أسبوع، وتعد الثامنة من نوعها التي تسقطها الدفاعات الجوية اليمنية منذ بداية العام الحالي.  

وفي وقت سابق اليوم، أعلن البيت الأبيض إن الإدارة الأميركية تعارض بشدة مشروع القرار المشترك الذي يحظر بيع المعدات العسكرية إلى السعودية. 

وجاء بيان البيت الأبيض تعليقاً على اعتراض مجموعة أعضاء من مجلس الشيوخ الأميركي، على عقد أول صفقة أسلحة كبيرة للسعودية في عهد إدارة الرئيس جو بايدن، بسبب مشاركة المملكة في حرب اليمن.

وأكد البيت الأبيض أن “هذه المبيعات تتوافق مع تعهد الإدارة بالقيادة الدبلوماسية لإنهاء الصراع في اليمن وإنهاء الدعم الأميركي للعمليات الهجومية في الحرب في اليمن، مع ضمان أن السعودية لديها الوسائل للدفاع عن نفسها من هجمات الحوثيين الجوية المدعومة من إيران”، وفق تعبيره
