President of the Iranian Judicial Authority Ġolām-Ḥosseyn Īğeī confirms that as-Sayyid Hāmeneī gave immediate instructions to appoint substitutes after the Israeli aggression and underlines that the decisive Iranian response foiled the aims of the Israeli Occupying Entity.

President of the Iranian Judicial Authority Ġolām-Ḥosseyn Īğeī confirmed that the country swiftly and effectively dealt with the latest Israeli aggression, pointing out that Overall Commander of the Armed Forces as-Sayyid ‘Alī Hāmeneī gave immediate decisions upon the aggression taking place to appoint substitutes, and thus “the matters were rapidly taken care of”.
In an interview with the Iranian television on Tuesday night Īğeī revealed that the officials “held various meetings after the aggression, including high level negotiations at their scheduled times”.
“The aims of Israel failed”
In this context the head of the Judiciary said that the decisive and swift Iranian response “foiled the aims of the enemy”, adding that the Israeli aggression against Iran failed because of two main factors: “the withs of the Iranian leadership and the compassion and integrity of the people”.
He explained that “Israel by targeting the Evin Prison was aiming to cause internal turmoil and create security chaos, but it failed to achieve any of its aims”.
Īğeī also underlined that Iran “was not initiating the war”, but responded with full determination to the aggression.
About the security events that followed the aggression Īğeī stated that the number of detainees has risen to 2000 people, adding that the preliminary investigations have resulted in releasing a number of them after it was confirmed that they are not implicated in any enemy activities, or in the operations of the enemy”.
“The crimes of Israel in Gaza have reached their zenith”
Referring to the war against the Gaza Strip Īğeī said that the crimes of the Israeli Entity in Gaza during the last twenty months “have reached their zenith”, and are still going on today.

أكد رئيس السلطة القضائية في إيران، غلام حسين إيجيئي، أنّ البلاد تعاملت بسرعة وفعالية مع. العدوان الإسرائيلي الأخير، مشيراً إلى أنّ القائد العام للقوات المسلحة، السيد علي خامنئي، أصدر فور. وقوع العدوان قرارات بتعيين البدلاء، بحيث “استُكمل تسيير الأمور بسرعة”.
وفي مقابلة مع التلفزيون الإيراني مساء الإثنين، كشف إيجيئي أنّ المسؤولين “عقدوا اجتماعات. مختلفة بعد العدوان، بما فيها الجلسات رفيعة المستوى، في مواعيدها المحددة”.
“أهداف إسرائيل فشلت
وفي السياق، قال رئيس القضاء، إنّ الرد الإيراني الحازم والسريع “أحبط أهداف العدو”، مضيفاً أنّ. العدوان الإسرائيلي على إيران فشل بسبب عاملين رئيسيين: “حنكة القيادة الإيرانية وتلاحم الشعب وتماسكه”.
وأوضح أنّ “إسرائيل كانت تسعى، من خلال استهداف سجن إيفين، إلى إثارة توتر داخلي. وخلق فوضى أمنية، لكنها فشلت في تحقيق أي من أهدافها”.
كما شدّد إيجيئي على أنّ إيران “لم تكن البادئة. بالحرب”، لكنها ردّت بكل حزم على العدوان.
وبشأن الأحداث الأمنية التي تلت العدوان، صرّح إيجيئي بأنّ عدد المعتقلين وصل. إلى نحو 2000 شخص، مضيفاً أنّ التحقيقات الأولية أفضت إلى إطلاق سراح العديد منهم، بعد التأكد. من عدم تورطهم في أي أنشطة عدائية أو عمالة للعدو.

وفي إشارة إلى الحرب على قطاع غزة، قال إيجيئي إنّ جرائم الكيان الإسرائيلي. في غزة خلال الأشهر العشرين الماضية “بلغت ذروتها”، ولا تزال مستمرة حتى اليوم
