The Palestine Foreign Ministry warns against making the Security Council resolution void of its content. The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine responds to the claims of the United States envoy that the resolution is not binding “Israel” accusing the latter agitation against the resolutions of the Security Council.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry warned against the dangers of explanations, or suggesting mechanisms aiming to make the Security Council resolution that had been adopted on Monday void of its content, demanding the immediate implementation of the resolution and the work mechanisms requesting a full implementation if its stipulations.

The Ministry believed that the UN Security Council resolution forms the honest basis of reaching a lasting ceasefire and “a solution to the crisis itself in a political and diplomatic way, and also that it is compulsory and must be implemented”.

The Foreign Ministry confirmed that the vicious Israeli attack against the resolution is unjustified and has no meaning, it is only the will of Netanyahu and the ruling right wing coalition to achieve its vicious unannounced aims with the war only by military ways. It is the overwhelming logic of treacherous military power over the language of sanity, politics and diplomatic efforts to fulfill the destruction of the Gaza Strip and to kill all forms life there.

The Ministry highlighted that the announced aims of Netanyahu with the war are absolutely controversial and are hard to fit into the honest and clear priorities without contradicting the membership. This explains the continued Israeli rejection to all forms of international attempts taken to stop the war and achieve the protection of the civilians and securing their basis humanitarian needs.

In the same context following the claims of the American envoy in the Security Council that the resolution adopted by Council is not binding Israel the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine in its statement said that the policies of the United States are built of agitation against the Security Council resolutions that are not serving its aggressive policies, while at the same time supports the Occupation and the barbaric Israeli aggression revolting against the Council’s resolutions.

The Front said that United States narrowed the paths of the UN and has came to see a huge burden in its policies. Thus called for the removal of the United States and its followers in the Security Council and the General Assembly in all votings on the just causes of the peoples.

The Democratic Front valued the role of the members in the Security Council which contributed to the draft of the resolution, which once against revealed the isolation of the United States and its policies aggressive to the peoples, to its enemies in the UN, to the international law and the international humanitarian law. It also praised the Algerian delegation.

The Front concluded by confirming that there would be no deal about the prisoners in exchange for the implementation, unless that settles the release of their prisoners in the prisons of the Occupation in exchange of releasing the Israeli prisoners in the Gaza Strip.

حذرت وزارة الخارجية الفلسطينية من مخاطر أية تفسيرات أو طرح آليات بهدف إفراغ. قرار مجلس الأمن الذي اعتمد بالأمس، من مضمونه، مطالبةً بتنفيذ القرار فوراً وبآليات عمل ملزمة تتسق تماماً مع منطوقه.

ورأت الوزارة أنّ قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي يُشكل أرضية صالحة للتوصل لوقف دائم لإطلاق. النار و”حل الأزمة برمتها بالطرق السياسية والدبلوماسية، وهو ملزم وواجب التنفيذ”.

وأكدت وزارة الخارجية أن الهجوم الإسرائيلي الشرس على القرار غير مبرر ولا معنى. له سوى إصرار نتنياهو وأركان ائتلاف يمينه الحاكم على تحقيق أهدافه الخبيثة غير المعلنة من. الحرب بالطرق العسكرية فقط، وتغليب منطق. القوة العسكرية الغاشمة على لغة العقل والسياسة والجهد الدبلوماسي لاستكمال تدمير قطاع غزة وقتل جميع أشكال الحياة فيه.

ولفتت الوزارة إلى أنّ أهداف نتنياهو المعلنة من الحرب متناقضة تماماً ويصعب ترتيبها. في أولويات صريحة وواضحة من دون هذا التعارض العضوي، الأمر الذي يُفسر الرفض الإسرائيلي المتواصل لجميع اشكال الجهود. الدولية المبذولة لوقف الحرب وتحقيق حماية المدنيين وتأمين احتياجاتهم الإنسانية الأساسية.

وفي سياق متصل، وتعقيباً على ادعاء المندوبة الأميركية في مجلس الأمن، أن القرار. الذي اتخذه المجلس غير ملزم لإسرائيل، قالت الجبهة الديمقراطية لتحرير فلسطين في بيان لها، إن سياسة الولايات. المتحدة تقوم على التحريض على قرارات مجلس الأمن التي لا تخدم سياستها العدوانية، وتدعم في الوقت نفسه الاحتلال. والعدوان البربري الإسرائيلي في التمرد على قرارات المجلس.

وقالت الجبهة إنّ الولايات المتحدة ضاقت ذرعاً بالمنظمة الدولية، وباتت ترى. فيها عبئاً شديداً على سياستها، حيث تبدو عزلة الولايات المتحدة وأتباعها في مجلس الأمن، وفي الجمعية العامة. في كل تصويت على القضايا العادلة للشعوب

وثمنت الجبهة الديمقراطية دور الأعضاء في مجلس الأمن، الذين أسهموا في صياغة. القرار الذي كشف مرة أخرى عزلة الولايات المتحدة وسياساتها العدوانية للشعوب، وعدائها للمنظمة الدولية والقانون. الدولي، والدولي الإنساني، وخصت الوفد الجزائري بالثناء.
