Minister of Interior and Local Municipalities Judge Bassām al-Mawlūdī announces the winning candidates for 12 electoral districts out of the 15 total, while the results of the other districts are still under vote counting.
Minister of Interior and Local Municipalities Judge Bassām al-Mawlūdī on Monday announced the winning candidates in the Lebanese legislative elections in 12 electoral districts out of the 15 total, while the results in the remaining districts are still going through recounts.
Al-Mawlūdī said: “Despite all obstacles and doubts we managed to reach an electoral achievement in a good way. All attempts to cause worries, which follow the electoral counting had no effect on our work, nor on the work of the official and the judges”. Thus pointing out that “the participation is not low, but good. It is roughly the participation ratio of the 2018 elections, or slightly lower than that was”.
The distribution of seats amongst the parties until now is the following:
The coalition of Ḥizb Allah and the Amal Movement: 31 MPs.
The Free Patriotic Movement: 20 MPs.
The Lebanese Forces Party: 18 MPs.
The Phalange Party: 5 MPs.
The aṭ-Ṭašnāq Party: 2 MPs.
The al-Marada Party: 2 MPs.
Independents: 14 MPs.
Civil Society: 11 MPs.
The distribution of results according to what was announced by al-Mawlūdī in the first 10 districts are as following:
First Beirut district (al-Ašrafiyya – Ar-Ramīl – al-Madūr – aṣ-Ṣayfī) the winners are: Ġassān Ḥaṣānī, Niqūlā Ṣaḥnāwī, Nadīm al-Ğamayyil, Jean Ṭālūziyān, Paula Ya‘qūbiyān, Āġūp Taraziyān, Ğihād Baqdūnī and Cintia Razāzīr.
The First Southern District (Sidon – Ğazīn), the ratio was over 46,6% and the winners are: ‘Abd ar-Raḥmān al-Bizrī and Usāma Sa‘ad in Sidon. In Ğazīn: Sa‘ad al-Asmar, Šarbīl Mas‘ad and Ġāda Ayyūb.
The Second Southern District (Tyros – Rural Sidon) the ratio was over 48,8% and one list won, including Nabīh Barrī, Ḥusayn Ğaššī, ‘Alī Harīs, ‘Anāya ‘Izz ad-Dīn, ‘Alī ‘Asīrān and Mīšāl Mūsā.
The Third Southern District (Bint Ğabayyil – an-Nabaṭiyya – Marğa‘iyyūn – Ḥāṣibiyyā) the winners are: Ḥasan Faḍl Allah, Muḥammad Ra‘ad, ‘Alī Fayyāḍ, Hānī Qubaysī, ‘Alī Ḥasan Halīl, Ilyās Ğarrādī, Ayyūb Ḥamīd, Qāsim Hāšim, Firās Ḥamdān, Ašraf Bayḍūn and Nāṣir Ğābir.
The First al-Buqā‘ District (Zahla), the ratio was 49,5% and the winners are: George ‘Aqīṣ, Ilyās Isṭifān, Bilāl al-Ḥašīmī, Rāmī Abū Ḥamdān, Salīm ‘Awn, George Būškiyān and Mīšāl Ḍāhir.
The Second al-Buqā‘ District (Western al-Buqā‘ – Rāšiyā) the ratio was 42,47% and the winners are: Qablān Qablān, Wā’il Abū Fā‘ūr, Ḥasan Murād, Yāsīn Yāsīn, Šarbil Mārūn and Ġassān as-Sakkāf.
The Third al-Buqā‘ District (Ba‘albak – al-Harmal) the winners are: Ḥussayn al-Ḥāğ Ḥasan, Ġāzī Za‘ytar, ‘Alī al-Miqdād, Ibrāhīm al-Mūsawī, Iyyāb Ḥamāda, Ğamīl as-Sayyid, Sāmir at-Tūm, Yanāl Ṣulḥ and Milḥim al-Ḥağīrī, but also won Anṭūn Ḥabašī.
The First Mount Lebanon District (Ğabayyil – Kisrawān) the participation ratio was over 63,4% and the winners are: Ziyād al-Ḥawwāṭ, Rā’id Barū, Nadā al-Bustānī, Na‘ama Afrām, Šawqī ad-Dakkāš, Farīd al-Hāzin, Sīmūn Abī Ramyā and Salīm aṣ-Ṣāyiġ.
The Second Mount Lebanon District (Al-Matn) the winners are: Sāmī al-Ğamayyil, Milḥim Rayyāšī, Rāzī al-Ḥāğ, Ibrāhīm Kan‘ān, Hāġūp Baqrādūniyān, Ilyās Bū Ṣa‘ab, Mīšāl al-Murr and Ilyās Ḥankaš.
The Third Mount Lebanon District (Ba‘abdā) the ratio was over 47,39% and the winners are: ‘Alī ‘Ammār, Bayyār Bū ‘Āṣī, Hādī Abū l-Ḥasan, Alān ‘Awn, Fādī ‘Allāma and Kamīl Šamā‘ūn.
The Fourth Mount Lebanon District (Aš-Šūf ‘Āliya) the winners are: Mark Ḍaw, Akram Šahīb, Nazīh Mattā, Rāğī as-Sa‘ad, Taymūr Ğumblāṭ, George ‘Adwān, Marwān Ḥamāda, Nağā ‘Awn Ṣalība, Sīzār Abī Halīl, Bilāl ‘Abd Allah, Ḥalīma Qa‘qūr, Ġassān ‘Aṭā Allah and Farīd al-Bustānī.
The Third Northern District (al-Batrūn – Bušrā – Zaġartā – al-Kūra) the ratio was over 44,2% and the winners are: Ğubrān Bāsīl, Ġiyāt Yazbak, William Ṭūq, Satarīda Ğa‘ğa‘, Ṭūnī Faranğih, Mīšāl Ma‘ūḍ, Fādī Karam and Adīb ‘Abd al-Masīḥ.
The participation ratio all over Lebanon reached over 41,04% at a time when in this legislative election, which is being held every 4 years, 103 electoral lists took part with 718 candidates. This is divided over 15 electoral districts and 128 MPs are elected to the parliament.

وزير الداخلية والبلديات، القاضي بسام المولوي، يعلن المرشحين الفائزين في 12 دائرة انتخابية من أصل 15، بينما ستصدر نتائج الدوائر الأخرى تباعاً فور الانتهاء من فرز الأصوات
أعلن وزير الداخلية والبلديات، القاضي بسام المولوي، اليوم الإثنين، المرشحين الفائزين في الانتخابات البرلمانية اللبنانية في 12 دائرة انتخابية من أصل 15 دائرة، بينما ستصدر نتائج الدوائر الأخرى تباعاً فور الانتهاء من فرز الأصوات.
وقال المولوي: “على الرغم من كل الصعوبات والتشكيك، فإننا استطعنا إنجاز الاستحقاق الإنتخابي بطريقة جيدة. وكل حملات التشكيك التي تترافق مع فرز النتائج لا تؤثر في عملنا، ولا في عمل الموظفين والقضاة”، مشيراً إلى أنّ “نِسَب الاقتراع ليست منخفضة، بل جيدة، وهي تقريباً مثل النِّسَب في الانتخابات البرلمانية عام 2018، أو أقل قليلاً منها”.
وتوزّع النواب ضمن أحزابهم حتى اللحظة وفق التالي:
تحالف حزب الله وحركة أمل: 32 نائباً
التيار الوطني الحر: 20 نائباً
حزب القوات اللبنانية: 18 نائباً
حزب الكتائب: 5 نواب
حزب الطشناق: 2
حزب المردة: 2
المستقلون: 14 نائباً
المجتمع المدني: 11 نائباً
وتوزَّعت النتائج، وفق ما أعلنه المولوي في الدوائر الـ 10، كالتالي:
في دائرة بيروت الأولى (الأشرفية – الرميل – المدور – الصيفي)، فاز كل من: غسان حاصباني، نقولا صحناوي، نديم الجميّل، جان طالوزيان، بولا يعقوبيان، آغوب ترزيان، جهاد بقردوني، وسينتيا زرازير.
في دائرة الجنوب الأولى (صيدا – جزين)، بلغت نسبة اقتراع 46.6%، وفاز كلّ من: عبد الرحمن البزري، أسامة سعد في صيدا. وفي جزين: سعيد الأسمر، شربل مسعد، غادة أيوب.
في دائرة الجنوب الثانية (صور – قرى صيدا)، بلغت النسبة 48.8%، وفازت لائحة واحدة تضم: نبيه بري، حسين جشي، علي خريس، عناية عز الدين، علي عسيران وميشال موسى.
في دائرة الجنوب الثالثة (بنت جبيل – النبطية – مرجعيون وحاصبيا)، فاز كل من: حسن فضل الله، محمد رعد، علي فياض، هاني قبيسي، علي حسن خليل، إلياس جرادي، أيوب حميد، قاسم هاشم، فراس حمدان، أشرف بيضون، وناصر جابر.
في دائرة البقاع الأولى (زحلة)، بلغت النسبة 49.5%، وفاز كلّ من: جورج عقيص، إلياس إسطفان، بلال الحشيمي، رامي أبو حمدان، سليم عون، جورج بوشكيان، ميشال ضاهر.
في دائرة البقاع الثانية (البقاع الغربي – راشيا)، بلغت النسبة 42.47%، والفائزون هم: قبلان قبلان، وائل ابو فاعور، حسن مراد، ياسين ياسين، شربل مارون وغسان السكاف.
في دائرة البقاع الثالثة (بعلبك – الهرمل) فاز: حسين الحاج حسن، غازي زعيتر، علي المقداد، إبراهيم الموسوي، إيهاب حمادة، جميل السيد، سامر التوم، ينال صلح وملحم الحجيري. كما فاز أنطوان حبشي.
في دائرة جبل لبنان الأولى (جبيل – كسروان)، بلغت نسبة الاقتراع 63.4%، وفاز: زياد الحواط، رائد برو، ندى البستاني، نعمة افرام، شوقي الدكاش، فريد الخازن، سيمون أبي رميا وسليم الصايغ.
في دائرة جبل لبنان الثانية (المتن)، فاز كل من: سامي الجميل، ملحم رياشي، رازي الحاج، إبراهيم كنعان، هاغوب بقرادونيان، إلياس بو صعب، ميشال المر، والياس حنكش.
في دائرة جبل لبنان الثالثة (بعبدا)، بلغت النسبة 47.39%، والفائزون هم: علي عمار، بيار بو عاصي، هادي أبو الحسن، آلان عون، فادي علامة وكميل شمعون.
في دائرة جبل لبنان الرابعة (الشوف عاليه)، فاز كل من: مارك ضو، أكرم شهيب، نزيه متى، راجي السعد، تيمور جنبلاط، جورج عدوان، مروان حماده، نجاة عون صليبا، سيزار أبي خليل، بلال عبدالله، حليمة قعقور، غسان عطالله، وفريد البستاني.
في دائرة الشمال الثالثة (البترون – بشري – زغرتا -الكورة )، بلغت النسبة 44.2%، وفاز كل من، جبران باسيل، غياث يزبك، وليام طوق، ستريدا جعجع، طوني فرنجيه، ميشال معوض، ميشال الدويهي، جورج عطالله، فادي كرم، وأديب عبد المسيح.
وبلغت نسبة الاقتراع في كل لبنان 41.04%، في وقتٍ تنافست في هذه الانتخابات التشريعية، التي تجرى كل 4 سنوات، 103 قوائم انتخابية، تضم 718 مرشحاً، موزعين على 15 دائرة انتخابية، لاختيار 128 نائباً في البرلمان
