Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council ‘Alī Lārīğānī confirms that one of the goals of his visit to Beirut is to take part in the commemoration ceremonies for the martyrs of the defense of Lebanon, pointing out that “historic friendship relations” connect the Lebanese and the Iranian peoples.

On Saturday morning Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council ‘Alī Lārīğānī arrived in the Lebanese capital Beirut.
In a press conference held at the Beirut international airport upon his arrival Lārīğānī confirmed that one of the goals of his visit is “to participate in the ceremonies commemorating the martyrs defending Lebanon, especially among them as-Sayyid Ḥasan Naṣr Allah and as-Sayyid Hāšim Ṣafī ad-Dīn”.
Lārīğānī added that “today the today the truth of as-Sayyid Naṣr Allah’s words have been proven that all the states might become a prey for the Israeli aggression”, pointing out that the aggression of the Occupation against Qatar “proves the verity of this saying”.
He continued that “the states of the region today are searching of mechanisms to cooperate among themselves following these developments”, as “the behavior of the Israeli Occupation have became more clear for the people”, confirming that “this path is true and being supported by Iran”.
“Iran has always supported that existence of strong governments in Lebanon”.
The Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council also confirmed that “historic ties of friendship” tie the Lebanese and the Iranian peoples together, adding that this friendship “was strengthened during the past few years”.
Lārīğānī underlined that Iran “always supported the existence of strong capable and independent governments in Lebanon”, expressing that the expectation of his country “that the path of these expectations in Lebanon will progress towards bringing well-being and the interests of the people, paving the way for such governments”.
In this context Lārīğānī announced that within this short visit it is scheduled “to hold a number of meetings”, hoping for these meetings would serve “the well-being and the interest of all”.
“Lebanon is a strong frontline against Israel”
Lārīğānī also confirmed that “Lebanon is a great nation” despite its small area, pointing out that “the Resistance was born from the Lebanese people in this field”, and that is appreciated by the whole Islamic world”.
He underlined that Lebanon represents “today a strong and preventive frontline” against the Israeli Occupation.
He expressed that “we are hopeful about the future of the region” adding that “an growing revival will take place in our region”.

وصل أمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني، علي. لاريجاني، صباح اليوم السبت، إلى العاصمة اللبنانية بيروت.
وأكّد لاريجاني، في مؤتمر صحافي عقده في مطار بيروت الدولي لدى. وصوله، أنّ أحد أهداف هذه الزيارة هو “المشاركة في مراسم تكريم شهداء الدفاع عن لبنان، وفي مقدّمتهم السيد حسن نصر الله والسيد هاشم صفي الدين”.
وأضاف لاريجاني أنّ “اليوم اتضح صدق ما كان يقوله السيد نصر الله منذ عقود، وأنّ. جميع الدول قد تكون عرضةً للعدوان الإسرائيلي”، مشيراً أنّ عدوان الاحتلال على قطر “يؤكّد صدق هذه المقولة”.
وتابع بأنّ “دول المنطقة تبحث اليوم عن آليات للتعاون فيما بينها من جرّاء هذه. التطوّرات”، بحيث “بات سلوك الاحتلال الإسرائيلي أكثر وضوحاً للشعوب”، مؤكّداً أنّ “هذا نهج صحيح تدعمه إيران

أمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني أكّد أيضاً أنّ “علاقات صداقة. تاريخية” تجمع الشعبين اللبناني والإيراني، مضيفاً أنّ هذه الصداقة “تعزّزت خلال الأعوام الماضية”.
وشدّد لاريجاني على أنّ إيران “لطالما دعمت وجود حكومات قوية مقتدرة. ومستقلة في لبنان”، معرباً عن تطلّع بلاده “إلى أن يسير اتجاه التطلّعات في لبنان نحو ما ينطوي على الخير. والمصلحة لشعبه، ويمهّد لوجود هكذا حكومات”.
وفي هذا السياق، أعلن لاريجاني أنّه من المقرّر خلال هذه الزيارة القصيرة “القيام بعدد. من اللقاءات”، آملاً أن تنطوي هذه الاجتماعات “على الخير والمصلحة للجميع
“لبنان خندق قوي ضدّ إسرائيل
كما أكّد لاريجاني أنّ “لبنان شعب عظيم” بصغر جغرافيته، مشيراً إلى أنّ “المقاومة ولدت. من الشعب اللبناني في هذه الساحة، وهو ما يعتزّ به العالم الإسلامي كله”.
وشدّد على أنّ لبنان يمثّل “اليوم. خندقاً منيعاً وقوياً” ضدّ الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.
وأعرب عن “تفاؤله فيما يتعلق بمستقبل المنطقة”، مضيفاً أنّ. ثمة “صحوةً متزايدةً في منطقتنا
