The police in Tehran revealed that 40 people have been invoked in spreading false informations by AI and confirms handing those responsible over to the judiciary and the removing the falsified content.

The Iranian police of Tehran province reported that 40 people have been identified involved in producing and spreading false news by AI technology on the social media platforms with the aim to confuse the public.
The police confirmed that those accused have been handed over to the designated judicial authorities to continue the legal proceedings, pointing out that the necessary steps have been taken to remove the false content that have been spread on the websites they are connected with.
Tehran police has also underlined that it will decisively and legally deal with any organized moves aiming to undermine the general public security, confirming that deterrent legal measures will be taken against those spreading false news and gossips.
On its own behalf the Iranian television reported finding 10 unlicensed guns and 250 bullets in “Talāt Bābāğānī” county in Kermānšāh province.

أفادت شرطة محافظة طهران الإيرانية، بأنها تعرّفت إلى 40 شخصاً متورطين في إنتاج. ونشر أخبار كاذبة عبر تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. في شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، بهدف التشويش على الرأي العام
وأكّدت الشرطة أن المتّهمين أُحيلوا إلى السلطة القضائية المختصة لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية، مشيرةً. إلى اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لإزالة المحتوى الكاذب المنشور في الصفحات المرتبطة بهم.
كما شدّدت، شرطة طهران، على أنها ستتعامل بحزم وبشكل قانوني. مع أي تحرّك منظّم يهدف إلى الإخلال بالأمن العام للمجتمع، مؤكدةً أن إجراءات قانونية رادعة ستُتخذ بحق ناشري. الأخبار والشائعات المزيّفة.
