The Cosmic-Areal Forces of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards showcase the “Horrāmšahr-4” missile, one of the most developed Iranian ballistic missiles.

The Cosmic-Areal Forces of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards have introduced the “Horrāmšahr-4” missile into service in the “Missile City”, one of the most advanced Iranian hypersonic ballistic missile.

This came in an unveiling ceremony of a new missile city of the Cosmic-Areal Forces attended by the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General ‘Abd ar-Raḥīm Mūsavī and Commander of the Cosmic-Areal Forces Brigadier General Mağīd Mūsavī.

The “Horrāmšahr-4” has a range of 2000 kilometers and a warhead payload of 1500 kilograms with a target precision of 30 meters and is considered to be one of the main cornerstones of the Iranian active deterrence.

This missile minimizes the time for the air defense systems to the minimum, its speed is 16 Mach outside of the atmosphere and 8 Mach inside.

The “Horrāmšahr-4” uses a maneuverable warhead (MaRV), with midrange directional capabilities and low radar signature with high resistance to electronic warfare, which enables the significant increase of its penetration capabilities.

The unveiling of the missile city and the “Horrāmšahr-4” missile came at the same time with the announcement that doctrine of the armed forces has been changed from defensive to offensive.

This unveiling also comes at the same time with preparations to hold a session of indirect negotiations in Muscat between the Iran and the United States.

وقّع الرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي ونظيره التركي رجب طيب إردوغان، اليوم الأربعاء، البيان المشترك لمجلس التعاون الاستراتيجي.

وجاء ذلك بعد الاجتماع الثاني لمجلس التعاون الاستراتيجي، الرفيع المستوى بين مصر وتركيا، والذي عقد في القاهرة في إطار الزيارة الرسمية للرئيس التركي.

كذلك، عقد السيسي وإردوغان مباحثات ثنائية تناولت سبل رفع مستوى التبادل التجاري بين البلدين، عبر منتدى رجال الأعمال، إضافة إلى متابعة التطورات الإقليمية في المنطقة

ويزور إردوغان مصر، ضمن جولة في المنطقة بدأها من السعودية، أمس الثلاثاء، لمناقشة العلاقات الثنائية مع البلدين والتطورات الإقليمية الراهنة.

يُشار إلى أن البلدين كانا على خلاف بشأن  ملفات عدة، أبرزها ملف شرق المتوسط، وملف ليبيا، وكذلك في ما يتعلق بجماعة الإخوان المصنفة “إرهابية” في مصر، لكنهما تجاوزا النقاط الخلافية.

واتفقت مصر وتركيا على رفع حجم التبادل التجاري بين البلدين إلى 15 مليار دولار في السنوات المقبلة، في خطوة تعد مؤشراً على التقارب الاقتصادي المتصاعد بين الجانبين، كما شهدت الفترة الأخيرة لقاءات مهمة بين وزراء ودبلوماسيين من الجانبين.

وجاءت زيارة إردوغان مصر، بعد زيارته السعودية، حيث أكد ولي العهد السعودي محمد بن سلمان ضرورة تثبيت وقف إطلاق النار في غزة، وإنهاء الاحتلال، والتمهيد لعودة السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية لتولي مسؤولياتها في القطاع
