Iranian President Mas‘ūd Pezeškiyān issued a presidential decree appointing in it chief advisor of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution ‘Alī Lārīğānī as Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council.

The official IRNA agency reported that Lārīğānī takes this post over from Akbar Aḥmadiyān by this new decree.

It should be pointed out that the new Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council ‘Alī Lārīğānī previously held the presidency of the legislative authority (the Islamic Consultative Council) for three consecutive terms.

Previously Lārīğānī had worked on a number of high ranking posts, most important of them are the Ministry of Culture and the Presidency of the Iranian Radio and Television Institution.

أصدر الرئيس الإيراني، مسعود بزشكيان، مرسوماً رئاسياً عيّن بموجبه كبير مستشاري. قائد الثورة الإسلامية، علي لاريجاني، أميناً للمجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي.

وذكرت وكالة “إرنا” الرسمية أنّ لاريجاني يخلف علي أكبر أحمديان في. هذا المنصب، بموجب المرسوم الجديد.

ويُشار إلى أنّ الأمين الجديد للمجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي، علي لاريجاني، سبق. أن تولّى رئاسة السلطة التشريعية (مجلس الشورى الإسلامي) لثلاث دورات متتالية.

وسبق أن شغل لاريجاني عدّة مناصب رفيعة، أبرزها وزارة. الثقافة ورئاسة هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون الإيرانية
