The estimates on the ground suggest a participation of around 26 million Iranian people on the marches commemorating the victory of the revolution in 1400 cities with an increase of 53% compared to last year.

The Fars News Agency reported that the marches of the commemoration of the 47th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in Iran for 2026 have witnessed a large scale and unprecedented participation in various parts of the country, according to the local, information and security estimates.
The estimates suggested a participation of around 23 to 26 million Iranian people during the marches that took place in around 1400 localities, cities and municipalities around the Islamic Republic and these numbers don’t even include the participants of the celebration marches that had been organized in around 40 thousand villages.
In the capital Tehran the number of participants was estimated to be between 3.8 million to 4.2 million people, while the number of those present in the rest of the provinces was believed to be between 19 and 22 million in the various cities and regions.
According to the same sources this year the participation showed a 53% increase compared to last year, which shows a significant increase in the level of popular participation.
The provinces of Kermānšāh, the Central Province, Alborz and Eastern Azerbaijan showed the highest increase after registering a growth of over 100% compared to last year.
The sources also pointed out increased participation in the provinces of Kordestān and Sīstān and Balūğestān, as the first one showed an increased rate of 14%, while the latter of 10%, despite the calls for boycotting that were launched by certain extremist movements.
The anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran this year took place after the American-Israel war against Iran lasting for 12 days in June 2025 and in light of the additional American threats to launch yet another attack, but also after acts of armed vandalism being supported by foreign sides with the “Mossad” and the United States at the top of the list. It also took place in light of the indirect negotiations between Washington and Tehran hosted by Muscat few days ago.

أفادت وكالة “فارس” للأنباء، بأنّ مسيرات ذكرى انتصار الثورة الإسلامية في إيران. لعام 2026، شهدت حضوراً واسعاً وغير مسبوق في مختلف أنحاء البلاد، وفق تقديرات ميدانية ومعلوماتية وأمنية.
وأشارت التقديرات إلى مشاركة ما بين 23 إلى 26 مليون إيراني في المسيرات. التي أُقيمت في نحو 1400 ناحية ومدينة وقضاء على مستوى الجمهورية الإسلامية، في حين لم تشمل هذه الأرقام المشاركين في. مسيرات الاحتفال التي نُظمت في نحو 40 ألف قرية.
وفي العاصمة طهران، قُدّر عدد المشاركين بما بين 3 ملايين و800 ألف إلى. 4 ملايين و200 ألف شخص، فيما تراوح عدد الحاضرين. في سائر المحافظات بين 19 و22 مليوناً في المدن والأقضية المختلفة
وبحسب المصادر ذاتها، سجّلت نسبة المشاركة هذا العام زيادة بلغت 53% مقارنة. بالعام الماضي، ما يعكس ارتفاعاً ملحوظاً في. حجم الحضور الشعبي.
وتصدّرت محافظات كرمانشاه، ومركزي، والبرز، وأذربيجان الشرقية قائمة أعلى نسب. الزيادة، بعد تسجيلها نمواً تجاوز 100% مقارنة. بالعام السابق.
