Iran through its Judicial Authority reiterates that it holds on to rejecting the foreign hegemony and dictates and confirms that it will never be the initiator of a war, but will not accept an imposed peace.

While receiving the leader of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement ‘Ammār al-Ḥakīm head of the Iranian Judicial Authority Ġolām Ḥosseyn Moḥsenī Īğeī confirmed that Iran “was never the initiator of the war and never will, but will never bow to the hegemonic system and will not accept the imposed war, or the imposed peace”.
According to what the Iranian Mīzān news agency that belongs to the Iranian Judicial Authority Īğeī underlined that his country “is aware of the movements and conspiracies of the enemies”, pointing out that Iran after the 12 days war “became more determined and strong by the view of the world”.
He also added that Tehran “is following a clear logic and will not abandon its basic rights under any circumstances”, pointing out that it “is open to dialogue, but if the other side wants to impose its will, the dictates will not be accepted”.
The head of the Judicial Authority explained that “strengthening the relations with the neighboring is one of the top priorities of Iran, and Iraq has a special place, looking at the common history, culture and geography”. He also confirmed that Tehran “aims for dignity and success for all Muslim and neighboring states and that its continued support for the resistance is stabile”.
He also underlined that Iran “has no quarrel with the neighbors that are in coalition with its enemies in certain matters, as long as they are no openly trying to create problems for Iran within the conspiracies of the enemies”.
On his behalf al-Ḥakīm believed that “the relations between Iran and Iraq are beyond the relations of two countries, or two neighbors”, confirming that the level of trade exchange between the two countries “can develop much more compared to the current state”.

أكد رئيس السلطة القضائية الإيرانية، غلام حسين محسني إيجئي، خلال استقباله زعيم تيار الحكمة. الوطني العراقي عمار الحكيم في العراق، أن إيران “لم تكن يوماً المبادرة إلى الحرب ولن تكون، لكنها لن. تخضع أبداً لنظام الهيمنة ولن تقبل بـالحرب المفروضة ولا بـالسلام المفروض”.
وشدد إيجئي، بحسب ما أوردت وكالة “ميزان” التابعة للسلطة. القضائية الإيرانية، على أنّ بلاده “يقظة تجاه تحركات ومؤامرات الأعداء”، لافتاً إلى أنّ إيران بعد حرب الـ12 يوماً “أصبحت. أكثر عزة وقوة في نظر العالم”.
كما أضاف أنّ طهران “تتبع منطقاً واضحاً ولن تتنازل عن حقوقها الأساسية تحت. أي ظرف”، مشيراً إلى أنها “منفتحة على الحوار، لكن إذا أراد الطرف الآخر فرض إرادته فلن تقبل الإملاءات”.
وأوضح رئيس السلطة القضائية أن “تعزيز العلاقات مع الجيران من أولويات. إيران، والعراق يحظى بمكانة خاصة نظراً للتاريخ والثقافة والجغرافيا المشتركة”، مؤكداً أن طهران “تسعى. لعزة ونجاح كل الدول المسلمة والجارة، واستمرار دعمها للمقاومة ثابت”.
كما شدد على أنّ إيران “لا صراع لها مع الجيران الذين يتحالفون مع أعدائها في بعض. الأمور، طالما أنهم لا يقومون بشكل علني بإيجاد مشاكل لإيران في إطار مؤامرات الأعداء”.
من جهته، اعتبر الحكيم أن “العلاقات بين إيران والعراق تتجاوز حدود العلاقات بين. بلدين وجارين”، مؤكداً أن مستوى التبادلات التجارية بين البلدين “يمكن أن يتطور بشكل أكبر بكثير مقارنة بالوضع الحالي
