Commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Navy announces that the “Eqtedār” navy exercise achieved all its goals and witnessed testing new locally produced missile, some with a range exceeding the area of the Gulf.

Commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Navy Brigadier General ‘Alī Reẓā Tangsīrī confirmed that the “Eqtedār” exercises that the forces have recently conducted successfully achieved all their objectives. He pointed out that the Revolutionary Guards during these revealed some of its naval capabilities, including locally produced naval missiles.

Tangsīrī explained that the exercise for the first time witnessed the testing of missiles with a range exceeding the area of the Gulf, aside from testing ballistic precision missiles.

He added that the forces have hit their numerous targets in the waters, either  underwater, or on the water surface, but even in the skies.

He underlined that all those weapons used during the exercise are the products of the local defense industry, and that these capabilities make the naval forces capable of blocking the movements of the enemies in the Gulf and continuously evaluate them. He pointed out being fully prepared for any local confrontation in the region.

Earlier Speaker of the Iranian Consultative Council Moḥammad Bāqer Qālībāf underlined that the current defense conditions of Iran are “better than before”, and that its response to any aggression “will be more decisive and precise”.

أكّد قائد بحرية حرس الثورة الإسلامية في إيران، العميد علي رضا تنغسيري، أن. مناورات “الاقتدار” التي أجرتها القوات مؤخراً أنجزت جميع أهدافها بنجاح، مشيراً إلى أن حرس. الثورة كشف خلالها عن جزء من قدراته البحرية، بما في ذلك صواريخ بحرية محلية الصنع.

وأوضح تنغسيري أن المناورة شهدت ولأول مرة اختبار صاروخ يتجاوز مداه. الجغرافي مساحة الخليج، إلى جانب اختبار صواريخ باليستية دقيقة الإصابة.

وأضاف أن القوات ضربت أهدافاً متعدّدة في المياه، سواء تحت. السطح أو على سطح البحر، وكذلك في الأجواء.

وشدّد على أن جميع الأسلحة المستخدمة في هذه المناورة هي نتاج الصناعات. الدفاعية المحلية، وأن تلك القدرات تمكن قوات الحرس من رصد تحركات الأعداء في الخليج وتقييمها بشكل. مستمر، مشيراً إلى الاستعداد التام لأي مواجهة محتملة في المنطقة
