Iranian Foreign Minister ‘Abbās ‘Arāqčī requires the condition that the other side being ready for reaching a just and balanced agreement before any new session of negotiations and warns against the policies of certain European states about the Israeli crimes.

Iranian Foreign Minister ‘Abbās ‘Arāqčī underlined that there will be no possible new rounds of negotiations, unless the other side is ready for a just and balanced nuclear agreement that is beneficial for both sides.
Ge confirmed that if the European Union and the 3 European states (France, Great Britain and Germany) want to play a role, the “have to act responsibly and abandon the politics of threats and upmost pressure, including the threat of “Snap Back” mechanism that lacks any moral, or legal basis”.
This came in a post by ‘Arāqčī on the X platform about the joint telephone conference with the foreign ministers of the 3 European states (E3) and the Foreign Policy Commissioner of the European Union.
‘Arāqčī reminded during this video conference that the United States is the one that withdrew from the agreement that had been reached within two years in coordination with the European Union in 2015 and not Iran.
He added that Washington is that one that left the negotiating table in June 2025 and chose the military option, not Iran.
‘Arāqčī to Birou: The behavior of certain European states creates chaos
Talking to his Belgian counterpart Maxim Birou ‘Arāqčī criticized “the inappropriate position of certain European states supporting the aggression against Iran”.
The Iranian Foreign Minister warned against this irresponsible behavior only adding to the chaos and deteriorates to insecurity in the region and around the world.
‘Arāqčī confirmed that the Israeli-American aggression against Iran counts to be a scandalous violation of the U.N. Charter and the international law, describing it as a “destructive blow to diplomacy and the nuclear nonproliferation regime”.
About the ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip and the ongoing Israeli aggressions against Syria and Lebanon, ‘Arāqčī viewed that the impunity of the Occupation by the political and military support of the United States and certain European states is the main factor of this situation.
‘Arāqčī underlined the need that all states carry their responsibility for confronting the heinous violations of the Israeli Entity against the international law.
On his behalf Birou expressed his concerns about the repercussions of the recent turmoils in the escalating conflict in the region announcing that the position of his country supports the diplomacy to solve the matters, and also to solve the Iranian nuclear matter by negotiations.
The Belgian Foreign Minister called upon “all sides to take efforts to prevent the escalation of the turmoil in the region”.
Major General Mūsavī warns about an even more severe response
In the same context Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General ‘Abd ar-Raḥīm Mūsavī warned that “the enemies will suffer and even more severe and harsh response if they once again attacked us and they will suffer a humiliating defeat”.

شدد وزير الخارجية الإيراني، عباس عراقتشي، على أنّه لن تكون هناك جولة مفاوضات. جديدة ممكنة، إلا إذا كان الطرف الآخر مستعداً لاتفاق نووي عادل ومتوازن ومفيد للطرفين.
وأكد أنّه إذا أراد الاتحاد الأوروبي والدول الأوروبية الـ3 (فرنسا وبريطانيا وألمانيا) لعب دور، فـ”عليهم. التصرف بمسؤولية والتخلي عن سياسة التهديد والضغط البالية، بما في ذلك التهديد بتطبيق آلية “سناب. باك”، التي تفتقر إلى أي أساس أخلاقي أو قانوني”.
جاء ذلك في منشور لعراقتشي على منصة “إكس” بشأن مؤتمر. هاتفي مشترك مع وزراء خارجية الدول الأوروبية الـ3 (E3) ومسؤولة السياسة الخارجية في الاتحاد الأوروبي.
وذكّر عراقتشي، خلال هذا الاجتماع عبر الفيديو، أنّ الولايات المتحدة هي من انسحبت من. الاتفاق الذي تم التوصل إليه على مدار عامين بتنسيق من الاتحاد الأوروبي عام 2015، وليست إيران.
وأضاف أنّ واشنطن هي من انسحبت من طاولة المفاوضات في حزيران/ يونيو 2025 واختارت. الخيار العسكري وليست إيران.
عراقتشي لبيرو: سلوك بعض الدول الأوروبية يرسخ الفوضى
وفي حديث مع نظيره البلجيكي ماكسيم بيرو، انتقد عراقتشي “الموقف غير المناسب لبعض الدول. الأوروبية في دعم العدوان على إيران.
وحذّر وزير الخارجية الإيراني من أن هذا السلوك غير المسؤول. سيرسّخ الفوضى، ويفاقم انعدام الأمن في المنطقة والعالم.
وأكد عراقتشي أنّ العدوان الإسرائيلي والأميركي على إيران يُعدّ انتهاكاً صارخاً لميثاق. الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي، ووصفه بـ”ضربة قاصمة للدبلوماسية ونظام منع الانتشار النووي”.
وبشأن العدوان المستمر على قطاع غزة والاعتداءات الإسرائيلية المستمرة على سوريا ولبنان، رأى. عراقتشي أنّ إفلات الاحتلال من العقاب بفضل الدعم العسكري والسياسي من الولايات المتحدة وبعض. الدول الأوروبية، هو العامل الرئيسي في هذا الوضع.
وشدد عراقتشي على ضرورة تحمّل جميع الدول مسؤوليتها في مواجهة انتهاكات. الكيان الإسرائيلي الجسيمة للقانون الدولي.
بدوره، أعرب بيرو عن قلقه إزاء عواقب التطورات الأخيرة في تصعيد الصراع في. المنطقة، مُعلناً موقف بلاده الداعم للدبلوماسية لحلّ القضايا، وكذلك حل القضية النووية الإيرانية عبر المفاوضات.
ودعا وزير الخارجية البلجيكي “جميع الأطراف إلى بذل الجهود لمنع. تصعيد التوتر في المنطقة”.
