Omani Foreign Minister Badr al-Būsa‘īdī held an overview of the details of the negotiations between Washington and Tehran with American Vice President JD Vance and believes that “peace has become within our hands”.

On Friday Omani Foreign Minister Badr al-Būsa‘īdī said that he laid down the details of the negotiations between the United States and Iran with American Vice President JD Vance and the progress that has been achieved.
Al-Būsa‘īdī expressed his expectation to achieve even more decisive progress in the next few days and believed that “the peace has become within reach of our hands”.
This step came shortly after the third round of the indirect Iranian-American negotiations that were held in Geneva by Omani mediation conducted by al-Būsa‘īdī himself.
The Omani Foreign Minister after the announcement of the end of the third round stated that a big progress has been achieved, confirming that the negotiations will continue soon once again, after consultations with the concerned capitals.

وأعرب البوسعيدي عن تطلعه إلى تحقيق مزيد من التقدّم الحاسم في. الأيام المقبلة، ورأى أن “السلام بات في متناول أيدينا”.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة بُعيد الجولة الثالثة من المحادثات الإيرانية- الأميركية. غير المباشرة، التي أقيمت في جنيف، بوساطة عُمانية تولاها البوسعيدي نفسه.
وصرّح وزير الخارجية العمانية، عقب إعلانه عن انتهاء الجولة الثالثة، أنه جرى إحراز تقدم كبير، مؤكداً استئناف. المحادثات قريباً بعد التشاور مع العواصم المعنية
