On Wednesday the Lebanese Islamic Resistance – Ḥizb Allah – confirmed that the attack against the Southern Suburb of Beirut on Tuesday had targeted a residential building at one of its neighborhoods in which the major Commander Warrior as-Sayyid Fu’ād Šukr (al-Ḥāğ Moḥsen) was in at that time.

In a preliminary statement the Islamic Resistance continued that until now it “still waits for the results those concern in the operation will reach about the fate of the major and dear commander and the other citizens at the scene to base something on it”.

It added that the Israeli aggression had led to the martyrdom of a number of citizens in addition to the injury of others and massive damage in several floors of the building, pointing out that “the civilian protection teams since the event had taken place are carefully working on removing the ruins, but slowly, considering the state of the destructed floors”.

The Israeli Occupation had launched an attack on Tuesday night against the Southern Suburb of the capital Beirut, targeting a residential building in the Ḥārat Ḥarīk neighborhood, after which 3 civilians became martyrs, including two children and injuring 74 people.

This comes while the Lebanese Islamic Resistance continues its operations against the positions of the Israeli Occupation all along the Lebanese-Palestinian border committing itself to the support front in the “Flood of al-Aqṣā” battle.

The Islamic Resistance had confirmed that more than once through Secretary-General as-Sayyid Ḥasan Naṣr Allah and its officials that any expansion of the Israeli war to Lebanon will be met with response.

أكّدت المقاومة الإسلامية في لبنان – حزب الله، اليوم الأربعاء، أنّ الاعتداء على الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت. أمس استهدف مبنى سكنياً في أحد أحيائها، حيث كان القائد الجهادي الكبير السيد فؤاد شكر (الحاج محسن) موجوداً حينها.

وتابعت المقاومة الإسلامية، في بيان أولي، أنّها ما زالت حتى الآن “في انتظار النتيجة التي سيصل إليها المعنيون. في هذه العملية في ما يتعلق بمصير القائد الكبير والعزيز ومواطنين آخرين في هذا المكان، ليبنى على الشيء مقتضاه”.

وأضافت أنّ العدوان الإسرائيلي أدّى إلى استشهاد عدد من المواطنين وإصابة آخرين بجراح وحصول. دمار كبير في عدد من طوابق المبنى، مشيرةً إلى أنّ “فرق الدفاع المدني تعمل منذ وقوع الحادثة على رفع. الأنقاض بشكل حثيث، ولكن ببطء، نظراً إلى وضعية الطبقات المدمرة”.

وشن الاحتلال الإسرائيلي اعتداءً، مساء الثلاثاء، على الضاحية الجنوبية للعاصمة بيروت، مستهدفاً مبنىً. سكنياً في منطقة حارة حريك، استشهد في إثره 3 مدنيين، بينهم طفلان، وجرح 74 شخصاً

يأتي ذلك فيما تواصل المقاومة الإسلامية في لبنان عملياتها ضد مواقع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على طول. الحدود اللبنانية الفلسطينية، في إطار التزامها بجبهة الإسناد في معركة “طوفان الأقصى”.
